Meet Caleb
Caleb Gross has devoted his career to representing individuals and businesses in employment, business, and trust and estate disputes nationwide. His business clients have included large, international corporations, sole proprietorships, and companies of all sizes in between. He has represented hundreds of individuals in employment, trust, and estate matters in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings.
Pushstart Law is a natural evolution of Caleb’s years as a litigator and his strong belief that most litigation can be avoided by careful planning and creative problem solving.
Through Pushstart Law, Caleb serves as general counsel to small businesses and non-profit organizations helping them navigate their day-to day legal needs from formation and restructuring to human resource management, property and asset acquisition, and litigation.
Caleb also regularly represents individuals in contract review and negotiation, with a particular focus on drafting, revising, and negotiating employment, independent contractor, restrictive covenant, and severance agreements.
Caleb’s estate planning and probate practice serves as a perfect complement to his business and employment practices, helping business owners and individuals protect their assets, institute comprehensive succession planning, and ensure their wishes are ultimately carried out.
Caleb lives in Decatur, Ga with his wife, Jenna, three children, and FOUR Pomeranians who simply will not stop barking at him.
